Stephanie Marko (EMCI with Service Distinction and Testing Privileges) has been performing and teaching for over 30 years.

She holds an Associate Diploma of Operatic/Music Theatre Arts (VCA), a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is a Certified Master Teacher & Course Instructor Mentor of Estill International. Stephanie grew up with a love of music, singing and performing and was determined to be able to sing in a variety of genres (from Opera to Rock) but was always told that this dream was not possible. When searching for training in a contemporary genre including modern music theatre, she found that she was still presented with the same “classical” technique as the solution but it never solved her problems. She was extremely excited to find the Estill model and it’s philosophies and became focused on becoming qualified and sharing the information with others. Stephanie performs professionally in Rock/Pop session work, Music Theatre and Opera in both Australia and Europe. She enjoyed an Australasian tour of the Tony Award winning revival of Hello Dolly. Stephanie then performed in the Hamburg production of Cats (in German) appearing as Gumbie/JennyAnyDots and also in the Danish production (in Danish) appearing as Grizabella and covering Jellylorum the Opera Cat. Stephanie also appeared as Carlotta in Phantom of the Opera in Germany (in German). Stephanie met her Austrian husband, Gerald Marko, in Cats and is overjoyed to say he has also become a EMCI with Testing Privileges and they love working together to teach the work in Australia and around the world. They are the proud parents of a two children who sing non stop. Stephanie has taught singers & dancers the skills of singing and acting over the past 35 years but is now excited to be living her dream of training professional vocalists and singing teachers due to the wonderful research that Ms Estill has given us. Her favourite part of the Estill work is the creativity it allows for in application to voicing. She loves working with application for singers and voice teachers, especially with Classical/MT/Contemporary singers who wish to learn a new skill.
