Louise is a qualified Estill Master Trainer, accomplished vocalist and experienced choir leader working full time in the creative industry. Starting her career with a 1st Class Music degree, Louise has continued to build on her expertise in the field through performance, teaching, songwriting, session work, arranging and additional qualifications.
Louise has a solid physiological understanding of vocal anatomy that pairs effectively with her intuitive insight into performance. Her logical approach to the voice combined with a desire to encourage artistry and instinct is evident in her delivery of one-to-one, group and workshop sessions.
Currently, Louise lives and works in Stroud (near Bristol) UK as a private one-to-one voice coach (F2F & online), Estill tutor for Morea Performing Arts College (Cheltenham) and University of Wales Trinity St David (Cardiff), and herself performs in a variety of projects around the UK. Louise has experienced much success as co-creator of Bristol band, We Are Leif, with Jazz FM and BBC Radio plays, international jazz festival appearances and a sellout 2018 album launch at Soho’s legendary Pizza Express Live (London). As both a performer and band manager, she has substantial knowledge of the live music industry, which informs her skills as a coach and workshop leader.
