This practical one-day online workshop explores the application of the Estill Voice Model in singing teaching and vocal coaching. Useful for both new and experienced teachers, the workshop is delivered in an interactive lecture style with 'live' & video examples, and plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions as well as practical exercises to experience through the day.

Estill offers a practical framework for understanding and training the voice. It gives teachers a clear physical explanation, demystifying the terminology so often used in traditional singing teaching, and reducing the focus on the ear and imagery.

The day's program will include an overview of the Estill Model, common problems encountered in singing studio - and the Estill solutions. Beginner anatomy and acoustics, awareness exercises that can enhance your diagnostic skills are offered through the day. The afternoon will conclude with a masterclass.

Suitable for : anyone who teaches singing (experienced as well as those beginning their teaching journey) or who is a singer, either professional or non-professional, for those new to and those familiar with Estill.
