Kimberly is an operatically trained lyric soprano, with a crazy belt, that has a passion for music and a gift for communicating style and technique to aspiring artists. Since 2002, she has firmly established herself as an Educator, a Musical Theatre Director, and as a Vocal Instructor in Western Canada. Kimberly teaches a wide range of styles & repertoire to her students and is a Certified Master Teacher in Estill Voice International. Over the last 20 years as a vocal instructor, through her thriving private studio, Kimberly has taught beginners from the young to “young at heart” and has enjoyed challenging them to participate in recitals, festivals, examinations, and competitions. Many have successfully auditioned for local theatre companies, and for University Music programs across Canada, the U.S.A., and the United Kingdom in both Classical Music and Musical Theatre Programs.
