Jeremy Ryan Mossman received his Bachelor of Music from the University of Miami's Frost School of Music in music theatre performance and his Master of Music from Oakland University in vocal pedagogy focusing on music theatre voice. He has taught at colleges and universities in Ontario, across Michigan, and is currently assistant professor of musical theatre voice at Carthage College, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He has also been on faculty of the prestigious Broadway Theatre Project for six seasons as both resident voice faculty and also director of music & voice in his last two summers with the project. Jeremy has performed on cruiseships, national tours, and regional theatres, and in 2019 Jeremy won the Julie Wilson Award for a solo song cycle he created using the music & lyrics of John Bucchino, "This is How I Feel, This is How I Think" at the SaraSolo Festival in Sarasota, Florida. Jeremy is also a 200hr certified yoga teacher (500hr by fall of 2020), and has completed 300 hours of Feldenkrais training towards becoming a practitioner. Equally comfortable as a vocal technician and repertoire coach for musical theatre, Jeremy boasts simple strategies to fully embody expression in voice and body. Jeremy's pedagogical approach is holistic, whimsical, and empowers the learner to grow on their own.
