Le parcours musical d'Olivier Chagnon débuta lorsqu'il n'avait que 5 ans, alors qu'il monta sur scène pour la première fois. Peu de temps après, Olivier a commencé à suivre des cours de chant. On lui donna sa première occasion d'enseignement du chant à l’âge de 14 ans.
Olivier a ensuite poursuivi ses études vocales au Cégep de Drummondville, dans le programme de «Technique professionnelle de musique et chansons». Grand fanatique de la voix chantée et parlée, il a rencontré le modèle Estill Voice Training en 2018, lors d'un cours offert par La Voix Dynamique à Montréal. En février 2021, il devient certifié Estill Figure Proficiency et en avril 2023, il devient Estill Master Trainer. Olivier a également participé à différentes formations de l'Académie Syllabes (doublage, surimpression vocale, publicité). De plus, il a été formé à l'École Promédia en animation télévisuelle et radiophonique. On peut d'ailleurs entendre Olivier à la radio et dans plusieurs publicités.
Au travers des années, Olivier a participé à plusieurs projets scéniques et télévisuels, dont La Voix (The Voice). Il a agit à titre de choriste pour plusieurs artistes et il a notamment fait partie du choeur professionnel de Gregory Charles avec lequel il a accompagné Marie-Mai, Marc Dupré, Louis-Jean Cormier, Isabelle Boulay, Éric Lapointe et bien d'autres. Toujours avec ce groupe, Olivier a aussi chanté à la Maison Symphonique de Montréal devant nulle autre que Céline Dion!
Polyvalent et toujours prêt à relever de nouveaux défis, Olivier a assuré la direction musicale et la direction artistique de plusieurs projets. Il a aussi fait de la mise en scène d'une adaptation de la célèbre Mélodie du Bonheur, dans sa ville natale, présentée à huit reprises à guichet fermé.
C'est en 2015 qu'Olivier fonda son entreprise le Centre vocal, anciennement appelé L'École de musique Olivier Chagnon. Depuis 13 ans, il enseigne le chant à des professionnels et des amateurs.

Olivier Chagnon's musical journey began at 5 years old, when he took to the stage for the first time. Soon after, Olivier began taking singing lessons. He started to teach singing at 14 years old.
Olivier studied at the Cégep de Drummondville, in the professional program of music and songs. A great fan of the singing and speaking voice, he encountered the Estill Voice Training model in 2018, during a course offered by La Voix Dynamique in Montreal. In February 2021, he became certified Estill Figure Proficiency, and in April 2023, he became an Estill Master Trainer. Olivier has also taken part in various Syllabes Academy courses (dubbing, voice over, pub). In addition, he trained at the École Promédia in television and radio animation. Olivier can be heard on the radio and in many commercials.
Over the years, Olivier has taken part in many of stage and TV projects, including The Voice in Quebec. He has been a backing vocalist for many artists, including Gregory Charles' professional choir, with whom he has accompanied Marie-Mai, Marc Dupré, Louis-Jean Cormier, Isabelle Boulay, Éric Lapointe and many others. Also with this group, Olivier sang at the Maison Symphonique de Montréal in front of Céline Dion!
In 2015, Olivier founded his own company, Centre vocal. For the past 13 years, he has been teaching singing to professionals and amateurs.
