What is the correct way to breathe when singing or speaking?
What exactly is diaphragmatic breathing?
How much breath do we need when singing?
Does breath effort change for different vocal qualities?
How can we be more efficient in breath use?
How do I 'support' my breath?
ONLINE Estill Workshops - repeated due to popular demand!
Want to dip your toe into Estill waters, but are not ready for a full Estill Course?
Maybe you’ve done an Estill Course and would like to recap some of the material covered.
Would you like to further develop your kinesthetic awareness to improve consistency and reliability in your tone?
For 10 weeks, beginning July 13, Voicewell will host a series of Exploring Estill workshops on Monday evenings 8pm - 9pm AEST. Cost for each workshop is $30.
This is a repeat of the series held in Term 2, due to requests from those who were unable to attend.
No obligation to attend all sessions.
Each workshop lasts for one hour.
Time permitting, there will be opportunity for questions and problem-solving.
This is NOT an Estill Course and no certificate of attendance will be given. It is an introduction to specific Figures and although it will be detailed, it will not be as intensive as an Estill Course. Registration and pre-payment essential - workshops will NOT be recorded (you must attend in real time). If attending all 10 sessions, there is a $30 discount.
Minimum of 4 participants required to proceed with each workshop.
