After a general introduction in Anatomy and Physiology, the first part of this Estill overview will be focused on the general guiding principles of Estill Voice Training. Included subjects are: management of effort, kinesthetic perception, separation of artistry and craft, the role of the air in voice production, and more.

In the second part of the workshop, the specific Estill exercises for complete voice control and training, called “figures”, and the 6 Estill Voice qualities, will be presented and explained. The students will be encouraged to try and experience the different options, sounds and positions offered by the Estill Model. At the end of the day, some volunteers will have the opportunity to work on their acting or singing in a masterclass/open session in which students and teachers will use EVT to solve common voice problems encountered. Moreover participants will be able to potentially increase their artistic possibilities
