Kimberly SteinhauerPRESIDENT

Kimberly Steinhauer, Ph.D., is recruited globally as a voice consultant, having sung professionally and taught in the public school and university level. As Principal Investigator of her 3 year, VA federally funded study, she designed and managed a $400,000 grant exploring voice motor learning and rehabilitation in aging adults. She earned a B.S. in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, M.A. in Speech Communication from The Pennsylvania State University, and Ph.D. from the Department of Communication Science and Disorders at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Steinhauer’s work is published in peer-reviewed journals and she was appointed editor of The Voice Foundation Newsletter, an international forum for voice professionals.

Mary McDonald Klimek, MM, MS-CCC/SLP, has been a professional musician and voice teacher for over 45 years. She earned her undergraduate degree in Music Education from Skidmore College, and Masters Degrees in Voice Performance and Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University. She served as Senior Speech Pathologist at the Voice and Speech Laboratory at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, Massachusetts, for nearly 14 years providing voice therapy services to professional voice users. Ms. Klimek has lectured internationally on topics of interest to voice therapists and her articles have been published in several voice therapy textbooks.

Corinne Mager, EMCI,
resides in Vienna, Austria Corinne enjoys traveling for guest lecturer engagements throughout Austria and Europe. Corinne´s most recent teaching engagements include the Vokal.Total a capella festival, Webster University (Vienna Campus) and the Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt where she lectured on the singing voice and speech therapy. Before moving to Vienna, Corinne served as Professor of Voice at Youngstown State University and Thiel College where she lectured on Vocal Pedagogy, German Diction, and applied voice. She was also a teaching artist at the SMARTS Center of Youngstown and the Salem Community Theater. Corinne discovered EVT in 2002 and has been practicing and teaching its principles ever since.

Luke Steinhauer, EMT,
is a premier vocal coach and Estill Master Trainer, based in New York City. He is an MBA Candidate at Zicklin School of Business at CUNY: Baruch College. He currently maintains a private studio in Midtown Manhattan. Speaking and singing clients include Broadway and regional theatre actors, Pop/Rock Artists, Bands, Fortune 500 company leaders, and amateurs alike. Luke has taught voice for Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit, The Theatre Aspen School, and The Pittsburgh CLO Academy of Musical Theatre. Luke has served as a Music Specialist working with physically and mentally challenged children at The Block Institute in Brooklyn, NY and a Vocal Teaching Artist with Midori & Friends in New York City. Luke regularly offers Estill Voice Training courses in New York City at Columbia University.

Susana Raposo

MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Susana Raposo, EFP, is a Portuguese NYC-based actor, singer and voice-over artist. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communications and Multimedia with a focus in TV Production. Her credits include working as a content and casting producer at the international media company Endemol (Portugal) and as a digital media account manager and advertising shooting producer for major national clients, including the audio visual distributor NOS Audiovisuais (Portugal). Her commitment and enthusiasm for the live performing arts led her to later pursue it professionally, casting in theater, film and television — the latter two as a voice-over artist. She has been studying voice with an EMT in NYC since 2020, and considers herself as a skillful voice-over artist with the diverse vocal range and acting abilities required to bring dialogue to life.

Richard Horne, MS, retired as a Civilian Electrical Engineer for the Navy, and was awarded with Meritorious Civilian Service Award from the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research and Development of design specifications, development, and test of hardware and computer software for SEAWOLF acoustic systems. He established Visualization Software LLC for the purpose of independent computer software development and marketing, including: Rapid Terrain Visualization, a Windows GIS program that provides high-resolution three-dimensional terrain visualization maps from recorded laser altimeter data used in World Trade Center recovery operations, and; Windows-based custom audio spectrum data acquisition and processing programs.
