Charlotte is a freelance singer and teacher of singing and spoken voice. She has an MA in vocal performance from The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and City University, London and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PCGE), Sussex University and a Licentiate Diploma in Clasical Guitar from the London College of Music. As a singer she has worked in opera, oratorio, and recital, with pop and jazz bands and as a studio session singer. Alongside running her private studio, Charlotte designs courses and presents in education and for the business world. Her clients include Skyros Holistic Holidays, Royal Bank of Scotland, GlaxoSmithKline, Goldsmiths College London, Brighton University and The Soundwaves Festival.
Charlotte was introduced to Jo’s work in 2000 by Paul Farrington and subsequently spent a number of years studying with and interning for Paul and Anne Marie Speed. In 2005 she became a Certified Master Teacher. Between 2005 and 2011 she has interned and presented for Helen Rowson on Level I and II courses in Liverpool, Madrid, Barcelona and Galicia, Spain, for Anne-Marie Speed in London and most recently for Kim Steinhauer at University of California, PA in preparation for her Certified Course Instructor's qualification which she was delighted to recieve in 2011.
