Bill J. Adams is the Coordinator of Performing Arts, assistant professor of music and music major chair at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
Performing credits range from soloist in Bach Kantate BMV 11 at St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh, Scotland to Loutzenheiser the mad trapper in the Promethean Theatre’s smash-hit production of Trey Parker’s Cannibal: the Musical. Other roles include Mike in William Bolcom’s A View from the Bridge with the Opera Theatre of Pittsburgh, Vašek in Bedrich Smetana’s The Bartered Bride at the Danny Kaye Playhouse in Manhattan, and Ariel in the premiere of Alexander Pope’s The Rape of the Lock in Dixon Place’s 3rd Festival of New Musical Works for the Theatre.
Adams has three degrees in vocal performance including the DMA and has presented singing workshops at the Southeastern Theatre Conference, the Florida Thespian Conference, and the Florida State Thespian Festival.
