Este curso esta dirigido a cualquier persona con interés en comprender y mejorar la   voz, profesionales de la voz, cantantes, actores profesores, foniatras, logopedas, directores de corales………

Estill Nivel 1, Las Figuras Obligatorias para el Control de la Voz, consiste en entender, aislar y dominar la fisiología las estructuras anatómicas que contribuyen a la producción vocal.

El método pretende despejar el misterio existente en el entrenamiento vocal. 

El trabajo alterna sesiones de teoría con la practica de las figuras en grupos pequeños y hay la oportunidad de aplicar el trabajo a canciones y textos en sesiones tipo Master Class.

Estill Voice Training (Voice Craft) es una aproximación sistemática a la enseñanza de la voz, para mejorar el rendimiento de la voz profesional cantada y hablada. Ofrece a los participantes las herramientas para descubrir la belleza en todas las voces mediante la producción de sonido a través de la práctica de los ejercicios de 13 Figuras (Nivel 1) y 6 Calidades de la Voz (Nivel 2).

Es un trabajo que trata de entrenar la voz tomando en cuenta su naturaleza como sistema dinámica de equilibrios entre la potencia (aire), la fuente (tono) y el filtro (resonancia).Se descubre como activar con independencia las estructuras en el mecanismo vocal, la cabeza y cuello y torso, y entender como afectan estos cambios al sonido y confort de la producción de la voz. El entrenamiento de Estill permite al intérprete fortalecer la voz y lograr una flexibilidad para realizar cualquier tarea vocal de forma optima, segura y saludable.

El curso combina sesiones de teoría con la práctica en grupos pequeños.

Hay la oportunidad de aplicar el trabajo a canciones y textos en sesiones Master Class.  .

Nivel 1  - Objetivos específicos:

-Conocer las diferentes maneras de utilizar la voz sin forzarla.

-Mejorar la calidad vocal al aplicar las Figuras Obligatorias.

-Ofrecer a artistas, profesionales de la voz, terapeutas y otras personas interesadas la posibilidad de encontrar nuevos “colores vocales”.

-Reducir la ansiedad ante el uso vocal profesional.

 Dirigido a: cantantes, actores, periodistas, foniatras, logopedas y, en general, personas con interés en entender y mejorar la voz.

Open to anyone with an interest in learning about the voice, e.g. singers, voiceteachers, actors, clinical voice professionals etc. The course begins with an introduction to the Estill Voice Model with Compulsory Figures for Voice, and an overview of this course. We will work us through all the basic Figures in Level One and end up with a short overview of the Six Voice Qualities of Level Two. We will practice together and individually in small groups, integrating new skills into singing and applying them to different genres of music. The days will alternate between classroom presentations, practice sessions in small groups and open sessions.

Please note that if you would like to take both the Level One and Two Courses running in Frankfurt together, attending May 6-10, you will pay only 705 euro (a discount of 65 euro).

We will then work through all the voice qualities: speech, falsetto, sob, twang, belting and opera – by practicing individually and integrating them into singing and different genres of music. The days will alternate between lecture presentations, video research, audio examples, practice sessions and open sessions.

Its relevant to all voice users, e.g. singers, voiceteachers, actors, choirleaders, clinical voice professionals etc. The course begins with a short repetition of Compulsory Figures for Voice, and an overview of this course. Then we will work on the 6 Voice Qualities in Level Two, (Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera and Belting). During these 2 days we will practice together and individually in small groups, integrating the qualities in singing and applying them to different genres of music. The days will alternate between classroom presentations, practice sessions in small groups and open sessions.

Please note that if you would like to take both the Level One and Two Courses running at the Sibelius Academy together, attending June 14-18, you will pay only 705 euro (a discount of 65 euro).

The course will focus on repetition of Level One & Two and analysis of problems & solutions/Pedagogical issues. We will work practically and integrate figures and qualities into music and also have time to focus on individual coaching/training.
