This course is open only to those who have already taken a Level One course.

The Level Two course teaches how EVT’s Figures can be used to mix the "recipes" for 6 voice qualities: Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera, and Belting.

 The Level One course teaches the tools to control vocal instrument. Students will learn EVT’s Figures to use better vocal structures are useful to sing every musical genre or to play every character. 

 The Level Two course teaches how EVT’s Figures can be used to mix the "recipes" for 6 voice qualities:  Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera, and Belting.

 Figures combination for six voice quality 

This course is open to anyone who wants to know more about the voice – singing. The course begins with an introduction to the Estill Voice Model with Compulsory Figures for Voice, and an overview of the days ahead. After three days of Level One, we will introduce and work on the 6 Voice Qualities in Level Two, (Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera and Belting). During each of these 5 days we will practice the Figures of Level One and the Six Voice Qualities of Level Two together and individually in small groups, integrating new skills into singing and applying them to different genres of music. The days will alternate between classroom presentations, practice sessions in small groups and open sessions.

This Advanced 1 course is mostly for people who have attended Level One & Two courses at Cantina Vocaal in Amsterdam. This ”Belting Workshop” is open to anyone who should like to explore this fascinating Voice Quality. We focus on essential Estill tools – “ how to build up this exiting quality in a safe way”. We will work a lot on Body anchoring and Twang and try to apply the belting quality to relevant songs – within pop/jazz, musical and soul/gospel.

This course is open to anyone with an interest in learning about the voice, e.g. singers, voiceteachers, actors, choirleaders, clinical voice professionals etc. The course begins with an introduction to the Estill Voice Model with Compulsory Figures for Voice, and an overview of this course. Lev One: Compulsory Figures for Voice

This course offers a practical and theoretical understanding of the Estill Voice Training System – an innovating method useful for all styles of speaking and singing.

The Compulsory Figures train your vocal structures to gain control, flexibility, strenght and stamina to help you improve the communication of your music or speaking voice. You will get a good understanding of the nature of voice and how to use it in a healthy way as well as tools for analyses, usefull when you work with your own voice or as a voiceteacher or speechpatologist.

The course will include: introduction to the Estill Voice Training System, audio and video examples, sessions where participants work with own songs/speech incl. individuel coaching.
