NIVEL 1 INTENSIVO LOGOPEDAS

Este curso intensivo en el modelo Estill se dirige especialmente a logopedas y otros profesionales de terapias de la voz

Esta enfocado hacia  los que no han hecho nunca un curso de Voice Craft pero tambien abierto a los que quieren repetir y  profundizar sus conocimientos del modelo. Está especialmente adaptado para estos terapeutas que trabajan o esperan trabajar con la voz profesional tanto de artista  (cantantes, actores ,,,) como de profesor, abogado, telefonista, cura ……

Incluye sesiones en anatomía, fisiología y acústica y la presentación de las Figuras Obligatorias de Control de la Voz descritas por Jo Estill. Los asistentes tendrán la oportunidad de practicar las figuras y hablar de su aplicación clinica tanto en general como en casos particulares. 

This course is open to anyone who has already taken the Estill Level One course – singers, voice teachers, actors, clinical voice professionals, etc. The course begins with an overview of the development of the Estill Voice Model and an overview of this course. We will then work through all the voice qualities: speech, falsetto, sob, twang, belting and opera - by practicing individually and integrating them into singing and different genres of music. The days will alternate between lecture presentations, video research, audio examples, practice sessions and open sessions.

This course is taught in English. German translation and a German assistant are available during course.

This course is presented by Helga Westmark & Dorte Hyldstrup, who were two of the first Certified Course Instructors in Europe – so-called Vanguards. Open to anyone, who took the Estill Level One course, e.g. singers, voice teachers, actors, clinical voice professionals etc. The course begins with an introduction to the Estill Voice Model and an overview of this course. We will work us through all the voice qualities, speech, falsetto, sob, twang, belting and opera - by practising individually in small groups and integrating them into singing and different genres of music.
The days will alternate between classroom presentations, practice sessions in small groups and open sessions.

This course is open to anyone who took the EVT, Level One Course.

The course begins with a short repetition of the Compulsory Figures for Voice. We will work on the 6 Voice Qualities in Level Two, (Speech, Falsetto, Sob, Twang, Opera and Belting). During the 2 days we will practice the Six Voice Qualities of Level Two together and individually, integrating new skills into singing and applying them to different genres of music. The days will alternate between classroom presentations, practice sessions and open sessions.

This course is open to anyone interested in learning more about the voice – singers, speakers, teachers, therapists, choral conductors. Participants will be introduced to the concepts and exercises of Estill Voice Training (also known as Estill Voicecraft), an innovative, informative and empowering approach that creates a pathway to exciting vocal discoveries. Free from aesthetic bias, the Figures (exercises) of Level One reveal the basic mechanics of how the voice works. Each Figure creates a specific vocal sound effect, adds a particular "ingredient" to our vocal "recipe".

In this introductory workshop, we explore the range of effects available and acquire valuable insights regarding vocal health, stamina and power. Each day will include interactive lectures as well as opportunities for group and individual practice. Open Coaching sessions offer the chance to see how Figures can be used to break down the barriers standing between you and your vocal goals.

Discussion and application to the vocal styles of the Level Two.

This workshop is open only to those students who have already complete Level One and Level Two courses.

This course is intended for teachers and students of singing and actors. The Level One course teaches the tools to control vocal instrument. Students will learn EVT’s Figures to use better vocal structures are useful to sing every musical genre or to play every character.
